The Telangana State Council of Higher Education has released the Phase 2 seat allotment results for TG EAPCET 2025 counselling. Students who took part in this round can check their allotment status by logging into the official website, tgeapcet.nic.in. The website will contain information about all the information related to allotment. 

This allotment is for students seeking admission into engineering, agriculture, and pharmacy courses offered by colleges across Telangana. The list shows which college and course each student has been assigned based on their rank, category, and choices filled during counselling.

The seat allotment result was declared on July 29, 2025. Students who got a seat must pay the tuition fee and complete online self-reporting between July 30 and August 1, 2025. Failing to do socan result in inconveniences later. After self-reporting, students must visit their allotted college in person between July 31 and August 2, 2025 to complete admission formalities. Additionally, Colleges will update student joining details by August 3, 2025.

Amongst all this, to avoid any problem later, candidates rae advised to visit the concerning authority regularly. 

How to Check Allotment Status

  • Visit tgeapcet.nic.in 

  • Click on “Candidate Login”

  • Enter your Hall Ticket NumberPassword, and Date of Birth

  • Click “Submit”

  • View and download your Provisional Allotment Letter

Tuition Fee Payment & Self-Reporting

  • After downloading the allotment letter, click on the “Pay Fee” button.

  • Use Net Banking, Debit Card, or Credit Card to pay the tuition fee.

  • Once payment is successful, complete the self-reporting process by submitting your joining details online.

  • Print the Joining Report and keep it safe — you’ll need it during physical reporting.

If a student fails to pay the fee, complete self-reporting, or visit the college within the given dates, the provisional allotment will be cancelled. Such students will not be allowed to participate in the next round of counselling

Documents Required for College Reporting

Students must carry the following documents during the college reporting. Remember to have their originals and photocopies on hand ready for any use there. The documents include:

  • TG EAPCET 2025 Rank Card

  • TG EAPCET 2025 Hall Ticket

  • Aadhaar Card

  • Class 10 and 12 Mark Sheets

  • Transfer Certificate (TC)

  • Caste Certificate (if applicable)

  • Income Certificate (for fee reimbursement)

  • Passport-size photographs

Final Phase Counselling to Start Soon

Students who didn’t get a seat in Phase 2 or wish to change their college or course can take part in the final phase of counselling, which begins on August 5, 2025. The seat allotment result for this round will be released by August 10, 2025.
