GUJCET 2025 Counseling Schedule Changed: Check Latest Dates Here Now

The counseling schedule for the Gujarat Common Entrance Test (GUJCET) 2025 has been revised. According to the revised schedule declared by the Admission Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC), the registration for the GUJCET 2025 counseling will end on 18 July 2025, and the merit list will be released on 22 July 2025. As opposed to earlier, when the application deadline was on 22 July, 2025, and the revised merit list was scheduled to be published on 26 July, 2025. 

The Gujarat Common Entrance Test is a state-level entrance exam conducted annually by the Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB) for admission into various undergraduate B.Tech and B.Pharm courses in Gujarat.

Important Dates For GUJCET 2025 Counseling

The counseling schedule for the GUJCET 2025 has been revised after the release of 12th-grade supplementary results for the general stream by GSEB on 17 July 2025. As per the official reports, the overall passing rate for the general stream is 51.58 percent. From a total of 40,865 candidates who appeared for the exam, 17,397 candidates received their passing certificate. 

How To Fill Out The GUJCET 2025 Counseling Registration Form?

Interested candidates can follow the steps given below to complete their GUJCET 2025 counseling process:

Step 1: Visit the official ACPC website at gujacpc.admissions.nic.in and register.

Step 2: Provide the basic required details like name, mobile number, and email address.

Step 3: After completing the registration, log in to the counseling portal and complete the application form by entering personal details, address, parents' details, and gender.

Step 4: Upload scanned copies of the photograph and signature in the prescribed formats and file sizes.

Step 5: Provide information about the Class 12 status (whether the candidate has passed or is appearing for the exam).

Step 6: Fill in the GUJCET examination details, such as the GUJCET roll number and application number.

Step 7: Pay the required GUJCET 2025 counselling registration fee online via credit/debit card or internet banking to complete the registration process.

Step 8: Choice Filling and Locking: After successful registration, candidates will have to fill in their preferred choices of colleges and courses online. They can add, remove, or reorder choices before the final locking deadline.

Step 9: Check the seat allotment results when declared by ACPC. Then accept and freeze the allotted seat if satisfied, and pay the seat confirmation fee online to finalize admission.

Step 10: Download the admission slip and report to the allotted institute with the necessary documents for physical verification.
