WBJEE Counselling 2025: Last Date of Choice Filling Today, 1st and 2nd Round Seat Allotment Results Soon

The WBJEE Counselling 2025 is in process, and today, 01 September 2025, is the final day for candidates to modify, fill, and lock their choices for various undergraduate Engineering, Technology, Pharmacy, and Architecture programs. The counselling process is being conducted online through the official WBJEE website. Students can fill their choice filling registration form for admission offered by various participating colleges in West Bengal.

After the registration process 1st round of seat allotment results will be out on 03 September 2025 and students have to pay the seat acceptance fee till 07 September. Similarly, the second round of seat allotment results will be out on 09 September 2025. 

Candidates are advised to carefully finalize and lock their choices by the end of the day to ensure their preferences are considered during the upcoming seat allotment rounds.

Fill Choices and Participate in Seat Allotment

Step 1: Visiting the Official Account: Eligible candidates need to visit the official WBJEE counselling portal - https://wbjeeb.nic.in/wbjee/

Step 2: Finding the Counselling Link: The Homepage of the website will open. The online registration link will be found by scrolling down on the same page.

Step 3: Logging in using details: You will be redirected to the login page. Log in using your WBJEE roll number, password, select the type of registration, security pin shown in the box below and then click on the sign-in button. 

Step 4: Choice Filling: After login, candidates should select their preferred courses and colleges in order of priority. 

Step 5: Choice Locking: You must lock your seat choices before the deadline set by the WBJEEB.

WBJEE Seat Allotment Results 2025 for Round 1 and 2 Process

The seats will be allotted on the basis of the registration forms, and will release the seat allotment results on the website. The seat allotted results can be checked online via logging in on the student account. Candidates allotted a seat must pay the seat acceptance fee and report to the allotted institute for document verification and admission within the specified time window. If candidates do not wish to continue the admission process or don’t want to go ahead with the allotted seat, they can withdraw their seats by 11 September 2025.
