The online registration process for candidates who want to apply for the Multi-Tasking (Non-Technical) Staff and Havaldar (CBIC & CBN) examination conducted by the Staff Selection Commission will end soon. The last date to apply for this exam is 24th July 2025. With the help of this, the Staff Selection Commission will be filling out 1075 Havaldar vacancies. However, details regarding the vacancies for the MTS post will be announced later.
SSC has released the SSC MTS application form 2025 from 26th June 2025 and the last date to fill the online application form is by 24th July 2025. All the candidates, who have filled out their form successfully, will be eligible to appear for the Paper 1 exam that is scheduled to be held on 20th to 24th September 2025. Steps to Fill the SSC MTS Havaldar Application Form?
Step 1: Candidates must visit the official website of SSC: ssc.gov.in
Step 2: Click on the ‘New User’/ ‘Register Now’ if the candidates have not registered themselves before.
Step 3: A new window opens up and candidates fill out the required details.
Step 4: Once the registration is completed, candidates will receive a registration ID and password that has been sent to the candidate’s mail or mobile number.
Step 5: Candidates will log in using their credentials and fill out the application form, and also upload important documents that are required in the form.
Step 6: Candidates must pay the fees, if required, and then click the ‘Submit’ button.
All the candidates except SC, ST, PwBD, Ex-servicemen(ESM), and women have an INR 100 fee while filling the application form. The SSC MTS examination will be a computer-based examination. Whereas, for the Havaldar post, candidates will have to give the computer-based exam along with a Physical Efficiency Test (PET)/ Physical Standard Test (PST).
Moreover, the Computer-based exam will be conducted in different languages such as English, Assamese, Hindi, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Konkani, Malayalam, Manipuri, Marathi, Odiya, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu.
