AIIMS CRE 2025 Live Updates: Last date to Apply on 31st July 2025

India’s one of the most prestigious medical institutions, All India Institute of Medical Sciences or also known as AIIMS, will close the online registration process for the Common Recruitment Examination 2025 on Wednesday, 31 July 2025. Eligible candidates who wish to apply for government positions under Group B and Group C categories must complete the application procedure before the deadline via the official portal: aiimsexams.ac.in.

CRE 2025 is a centralized initiative by AIIMS to streamline recruitment across 19 participating institutions. It is offering a total of 3,496 vacancies. The posts available include:

• Pharmacist

• Lab Technician

• Upper Division Clerk (UDC)

• Stenographer

• Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS)

• Other administrative and support roles

Candidates are advised to review the specific eligibility criteria for each post as listed in the official notification issued on July 12, 2025. Note that the eligibility for each post will be different from one another.

How to Apply

To fill out the application fees before the last date, candidates must visit the official website and fill out the form as soon as possible, as there is not much time left. To apply, applicants must follow these steps:

• Visit the official AIIMS examination portal.

• Register with basic personal details and generate login credentials.

• Fill out the online application form with your educational and employment history.

• Upload scanned copies of the photograph, signature, and required documents.

• Select the desired post(s) and pay the application fee.

• Submit the form and retain a printed copy for future reference.

Multiple posts can be applied at one time. But separate forms and fees are required for each.

Exam Format and Selection Process

The examination will be conducted online in CBT mode. It comprises:

• 100 MCQs

• Maximum Marks: 400

• Duration: 90 minutes

Certain posts may require an additional skill test or document verification as part of the selection process. Interested candidates are advised not to wait until the last moment to register, in order to avoid delays for any reason.
