MCC Begins the NEET MDS Counselling 2025 Stray Vacancy Round: Register for 149 Seats

On August 26, 2025, the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) started the NEET MDS 2025 Counselling for the Stray Vacancy Round. All the candidates are hereby informed that a total of 149 vacant seats are to be filled preferences for. The last date for the candidates to register and fill preferences is August 31, 2025, till 12 PM, and the registrations can be done on https://mcc.nic.in/. The NEET MDS examination is the single entrance examination for admissions to several MDS courses under the Dentists Act, 1948.

The last date for registrations to the Master of Surgery (MDS) Counselling Stray Vacancy Round for 2025 was earlier set for August 19, 2025.

How to Participate in the NEET MDS Counselling 2025

The following steps should be followed by the candidates to register online for the NEET MDS Counselling 2025 Stray Vacancy Round:

Step 1 - Candidates must visit the official website at mcc.nic.in.

Step 2 - Navigate to the MDS tab and click on it.

Step 3 - Find the ‘Candidate Activity Board’ and click on the ‘New Registration 2025’ link to begin with the registration process. 

Step 4 - The login window will appear, where the candidates have to enter their respective NEET MDS roll numbers and passwords. 

Step 5 - After solving the captcha code, click on the ‘Sign In’ button. 

Step 6 - The Stray Vacancy link can be found on the candidate dashboard.

Step 7 - Candidates must enter their details and submit the form. 

Step 8 - Save and download the submitted form.
