The CLAT 2026 results are scheduled to be out in the second week of December 2025, after the Common Law Admission Test scheduled to be held in mid-December. The examinees would then be able to check their marks for CLAT 2026 from the official website of the Consortium of NLUs by logging in through their application credentials.

The Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) is a national-level entrance test for admission to UG and PG law programs offered by 27 National Law Universities across India. The UG exam helps students to get admission to 5-year integrated law courses such as BA LLB, while the PG exam admits students for LLM programs.

Step 1: Go to the consortiumofnlus.ac.in official website.

Step 3: Download the scorecard from inside, which would include the Candidate's name, Application and roll numbers, Section-wise marks, and Total marks, etc.

CLAT 2026 Score and Cutoffs

There are 120 questions in the CLAT 2026 exam structure, with 1 mark for each question; the total marks would be 120. For every wrong answer, there will be a deduction of 0.25 marks from the total score. Since the number of questions in this year has decreased from 150 to 120, the cutoffs for a good score in CLAT might have altered somewhat. Scores above 100+ in UG are needed by the very top NLUs like NLSIU Bangalore, whereas others like NLU Kolkata and NLU Jodhpur have their cut-offs in the 94-98 range.
