The provisional list for the KEAM 2025 counselling has been released by the conducting authority, the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations. It has the seat allocation details of the first and second phases of the engineering courses counselling results. Students who are eagerly waiting for the final call can now check allotment status by visiting the cee.kerala.gov.in.
The last date for filling out the preference sheet for the colleges was 28th July before 11:599 PM. Those who rearranged their preferences or added new options during this time are included in the current allotment round.
Overview of KEAM 2025 Provisional Allotment
The allotment list shows which college and course each student has been assigned.
Engineering allotments are part of Phase 2, while architecture allotments are in Phase 1.
Students who are satisfied with their allotted seat must pay the seat acceptance fee and wait for further instructions from CEE and the respective college.
Those who want a better option can take part in the next round of counselling.
If the candidate finds any issue with your allotment, they also have the opportunity or option to raise a complaint. Here are the contact details given below that you can use to do the same:
For engineering courses, email at: engg.ceekerala@gmail.com
For architecture courses, email at barch.ceekerala@gmail.com
Note that these complaints must be made before or on July 30, 2025, by 12:00 PM to take action on the complaint raised. If the deadline is extended, no action will be taken by the authority. Make sure to mention your application number, course, and reason for the objection clearly.
What’s Next After the seat allotment?
After paying the seat acceptance fee, the next step is document verification and college reporting. Candidates who are not satisfied with their allotted seats have a chance for the second counselling round.
Note to the students: Keep a copy of your allotment slip and payment receipt, as these will be needed during admission. For more updates, visit the official KEAM website regularly.
