The answer key will be made available on the official website hssc.gov.in. The Haryana CET Provisional Answer Key will also include all the correct answers to the questions asked in the examinations. This will help the candidates estimate their scores before the final results are declared.
The CET 2025 was conducted in an offline OMR based mode across 834 centers in Haryana. Over 13.48 lakh candidates appeared for recruitment to Group C and D posts. The exam was held in two shifts namely Shift 1 and Shift 2. The Morning Shift was from 10:00 AM to 11:45 AM, and the Afternoon shift was from 3:15 PM to 5:00 PM.
The Haryana CET 2025 consists of 100 MCQ questions. Here, each question carries 1 mark. The marking scheme of HSLC is as follows:
Response Type
Marks Awarded
Correct Answer
+1 mark
Incorrect Answer
0 marks (No penalty)
Unattempted Question
-1 mark (if fifth option not marked)
Example Calculation: If a candidate attempted 80 questions, of which he got 60 correct, 20 wrong, and left 20 unattempted without marking the fifth option, the total will be :
Correct: 60 × 1 = 60

Unattempted: 20 × (-1) = -20
Total Score = 60 – 20 = 40 marks
