The Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has officially released the admit card for the 71st Combined Competitive Examination (CCE) Prelims 2025 on 6 September 2025, that is on Saturday, on the official BPSC portal. Candidates who have successfully submitted their application forms without any mistakes, that too on time can download their hall tickets now from the portal.
Note that candidates need to download the admit card before the day of the examination and remember to carry it on the day too. Failing to do so can result in expulsion of the student from appearing for the examination.

How to Download the BPSC 71st Admit Card
Candidates can follow these simple steps to download their admit card from the official BPSC website:
Visit the official BPSC website: bpsc.bih.nic.in. For this, Go to the search bar and type, BSPC website.
Then, Click on the link titled “BPSC 71st CCE Prelims Admit Card 2025”
Enter your registration number and password
Submit the details to view your admit card
Download and print the admit card for future use
It is important to note that the exam city intimation slip will be uploaded on 11 September 2025, which will include details like exam center name and code. The official website might respond slow due to the traffic, candidates are advised to wait for a while and then try again.
What’s on the BPSC Admit Card?
The admit card will contain the following details:
Candidate’s name and photograph
Roll number and registration number
Exam date and shift timing
Reporting time
Exam center address
Important instructions for exam day
Candidates are required to carry a printed copy of the admit card along with a valid photo ID proof to their respective exam centre. This can be an Aadhaar card, PAN card, voter ID, or passport. Note that without these documents, entry will not be permitted.
BPSC Exam Pattern
The BPSC 71st Prelims will be conducted in offline mode. The paper will consist of 150 multiple-choice questions worth 150 marks. Each correct answer will fetch 1 mark, while 1/3 mark will be deducted for every incorrect response. The total duration of the exam is 2 hours.
Candidates are advised to download their admit cards as soon as they are available and verify all details carefully. In case of any discrepancies, they should contact BPSC immediately through the official helpline. Also, avoid relying on unofficial sources or rumors regarding exam postponement. BPSC has confirmed that the exam will be held as scheduled.
