The Andhra Pradesh NEET UG Counselling 2025 is being conducted by Dr. YSR University of Health Sciences, Vijayawada. The University will close the Round 1 registration window on July 29, 2025, at 9:00 PM. This will mark as the final opportunity for NEET UG 2025 qualified candidates to apply for admission to MBBS and BDS courses under the 85% state quota in government and private medical colleges across Andhra Pradesh.

Candidates who missed this deadline can still register with a late fee between July 30 and July 31, 2025, as per the official notification.

AP NEET UG Counselling Eligibility Criteria

  • A student should have obtained the minimum required percentile in NEET UG 2025

  • Be a resident of Andhra Pradesh (for state quota)

  • Applicant’s age must be minimum 17 years by 31/December/2025

  • Candidate must have passed class 12 with Science stream subjects such as Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, Physicsm and English

  • Meet category-specific cutoffs (General more than 50%, SC/ST/OBC more than 40%

How to Register for AP NEET Counselling

To register for AP NEET Counselling, follow these simple steps: 

  • Visit the official portal: drntr.uhsap.in 

  • Click on “UG Admissions 2025”

  • Put NEET Roll Number, Date of Birth (DOB), and personal details in required area. 

  • Upload required documents such as NEET scorecard, ID proof, certificates

  • Pay the registration fee of INR 3,540 for General and OBC and INR 2,950 for SC,ST, and PH

  • Submit the form and download the confirmation page

Documents Required

There is a list of documents that the candidates need to submit during the time of counselling. These documents must be kept ready on hand to avoid any kind of problems later. Note that failing to submit the documents can also result in cancellation or rejection: 

  • NEET UG 2025 Admit Card & Scorecard

  • Class 10 & 12 Mark Sheets

  • Date of Birth Certificate

  • AP Domicile or Study Certificate

  • Caste or Category Certificate (if applicable)

  • Income Certificate for EWS and BC

  • Passport-size photographs

  • Aadhaar Card

  • Transfer Certificate

  • NRI or Management Quota Proof (if applicable)

Admission Guidelines

  • Admission is strictly based on NEET UG 2025 rank, category, and preferences filled during web options.

  • Candidates must lock their choices during the web option window to be considered for seat allotment.

  • Seat allotment will be published online, and candidates must report to the allotted college with original documents and pay the tuition fee.

  • If a candidate has failed to report within the stipulated time may face cancellation of alloted seats

  • Subsequent rounds will be held for the remaining seats.

What’s After the AP NEET UG Counselling?

After the counselling, the provisional merit list will be out on 01 August 2025 followed by the final merit list and web option entry. Candidates are advised to regularly check the official website for updates and notifications as no individual communication will be sent.
