The National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially announced the NEET UG 2025 results. The results are now available on the official website, neet.nta.nic.in, where students can check their scores and download their scorecards.
The NEET UG 2025 exam was conducted on May 4, 2025, across 5,453 centres in over 500 cities nationwide. Following the release of the provisional answer key, candidates were given the opportunity to challenge discrepancies before the final answer key was published. Now, with the results out, students can proceed with the next steps in their medical admission journey.

Step 3: Log in to the portal by entering the required details.
Step 4: View your result and verify all the details mentioned in it.
Step 5: Download the result and take a hard copy of it, as it will be used in the counselling process.
What happens after the declaration of the result?
After the results are announced, candidates should consider the cut-off marks first to find out if they have qualified for medical admission or not. After that, candidates will need to participate in the counselling process, which will start in July 2025. During counselling, they will have the flexibility to choose their medical colleges according to their rank and available seats. Next, candidates will have to identify and prepare their documents for the document verification process. Candidates are advised to stay updated with official announcements with respect to the seat allotment process.
