The wait is nearly over for more than 2.4 lakh medical aspirants who appeared for the NEET PG 2025 exam. Conducted by the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) on August 3, 2025, the exam was held in a single shift across 301 cities and over 1,000 test centres in India. With the evaluation process ongoing, the NEET PG 2025 result is tentatively scheduled to be released on September 3, 2025*.
NEET PG refers to the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Post Graduate. It is an entrance exam for admission into postgraduate medical education in India, including MD, MS, PG Diploma, DNB CET, and DrNB courses. According to official sources, the NEET PG 2025 result will be declared on September 3, 20252. The result will be published on the NBEMS websites, natboard.edu.in and nbe.edu.in, in the form of a PDF merit list. Candidates will be able to download the Individual scorecards by using login credentials.

Candidates must secure the minimum qualifying percentile to be included in the merit list. For general category candidates, it is the 50th percentile, while for SC/ST/OBC, it is the 40th percentile.
