IBPS CRP RRB 2025 Updates: Registration Starts today, Know How To Apply

The Institute of Banking Personnel, IBPS, has started the online registration process for the Regional Rural Bank Examination 2025 from today, September 1, 2025 with the last date of registration being September 21, 2025 on their official website at www.ibps.in. The recruitment process is being conducted for the vacancies in regional rural banks for the positions of Group A and Group B Officer Scale through the Common Recruitment Process of the IBPS. The specific details of the vacancy are yet to be announced. 

IBPS CRP RRB Exam 2025 Eligibility

For Officer Scale I Assistant Manager, candidates should be aged between 18 and 30 years, and possess a bachelor's degree in any discipline, and preferably have a degree in any of the fields like agriculture, horticulture, forestry, animal husbandry, veterinary science, agricultural engineering, agricultural marketing and co-operation information technology, management, law, economics, accountancy, comfortable to know the local language, computer knowledge is a must, and two years of banking experience.

For Officer Scale II Specialist Officer/Manager, the qualifications are dependent on the specialisation. The qualifications for Information Technology Officer require a bachelor's degree in electronics and communication, computer science, information technology, etc, with 50% marks, and certifications in any of the programming languages such as ASP, PHP, C++, Java, VB, VC, OCP. A Chartered Accountant requires a certificate in the Associate of ICAI. Law Officers require an LLB degree with a minimum of 50%. For the detailed qualification, check the official notification.

Officer Scale III Senior Manager Candidates need a bachelor's degree with at least 50% marks in any discipline. Preference is again given to degrees in agriculture, horticulture, forestry, animal husbandry, veterinary science, agricultural engineering, agricultural marketing and cooperation, information technology, management, law, economics, or accountancy. Candidates should have five years of experience as an officer in a bank or financial institution. The age range for this post is 21 to 40 years.

For the Office Assistant Multipurpose role, a bachelor's degree is mandatory along with knowledge of the local language and basic computer skills.

Steps to Apply for IBPS CRP RRB Exam 2025

In order to apply for the IBPS CRP RRB Exam, follow these steps: 

Step 1: Go to the official IBPS website @www.ibps.in.

Step 2: On the homepage, go to the IBPS CRP RRBs section and click on the "Apply Online" link.

Step 3: Register yourself by giving a valid mobile number and email ID.

Step 4: Log in using your credentials.

Step 5: Fill up the application form by entering the personal details, educational qualifications and exam centre preferences.

Step 6: Upload scanned copies of the candidate's photograph, signature, left-hand thumb impression and handwritten declaration in the required sizes and format.

Step 7: Make the application fee payment online. 

Step 8: Download and save the confirmation page and the e-receipt for future reference.
