Delhi University (DU) has released the semester exam date sheet for regular students and those enrolled in the School of Open Learning (SOL). This news is a great relief for thousands of students appearing for the BA (Honours) odd-semester examinations.

The official notification states that the exams will be held from December 10 to 24, 2025. The exams will be conducted in a single morning shift starting at 9:30 AM, with all exams scheduled for the morning. For SOL students, the timetable is extended to January 2026 so that learners in all streams can have enough time to prepare and take their respective papers.

Key Highlights

The exams for 1st, 3rd, 5th, and 7th semesters will be conducted for students of both Regular and SOL.
Morning shift only: All exams start at 9:30 AM.
The timetabled exams for BA (Hons.) in the case of Regular and SOL students have been scheduled separately to ensure that there is no confusion in the students' minds regarding the exam timings and dates.
The timetable includes the DU BA (Honours) programmes, one of the most popular courses at DU.
