The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) has declared the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination (WBJEE) results through a press conference on 18th June 2026  (today). Candidates who have appeared for the WBJEE exam 2026 can download their scorecards from the official website using their login credentials, which application number and password. The link for the WBJEE 2026 Rank Card has been activated at 4 PM. 

The board has confirmed that 94,901 candidates have registered for the WBJEE entrance exam, out of which 92,753 candidates have qualified for the examination this year. In the list of toppers, Shaswat Banerjee has secured 1st rank in the General Merit Rank (GMR) list, whereas Souriddha Mondal secured the second position. In the WBJEE exam 2026, 71% male candidates appeared for the exam, 29% of female candidates took the exam, and 2 transgender individuals appeared.

WBJEE Results 2026: Topper’s List

For the academic year 2026-27, 92,753 students have qualified for the WBJEE Exam, and Shaswat Banerjee is the topper among General Merit Rank, whereas Souriddha Mondal has secured 2nd place across the state. The topper’s list for the WBJEE Exam 2026 is given below in the table.

Applicants can download the WBJEE Results 2026 from the official website of WBJEEB. To download the WBJEE Results 2026, applicants are required to log in using credentials, which are their application number and password. Applicants are also advised to go through the steps given below for WBJEE Results 2026 to prevent any kind of mistake. 

Step 1: Visit the official portal of WBJEEB, which is https://wbjeeb.nic.in/wbjee/. 

Step 2: On the homepage, click on the link “WBJEE Rank Card 2026”. 

Step 3: Now, applicants are required to complete the login process using their application number and Password.

Step 4: Submit the details, and the results will appear on the screens of the laptop. 

Step 5: Download the PDF of results for the counselling and further admission process.
