The admissions requirements of IIMM courses are specific to the needs of the given program. In the case of the Bachelor's in Journalism and Mass Communication (BJMC), the applicants have to have successfully cleared the 10+2 examination of a recognised board. In the case of postgraduate courses such as a Master's in Journalism & Mass Communication (MJMC) and the PG Diploma courses, a Bachelor's degree in any field of study from a recognised university is required.
Currently enrolled students in the final year of their undergraduate program need not be left out in applying to the program either. International Institute of Mass Media Scholarships 2025
Scholarships are provided by the International Institute of Mass Media to help students who deserve the opportunity to study without bearing the expenses. These scholarships are offered in three classes of 20 to 40 percent of the total cost of tuition. The former one is merit-financial-need-based.
The second is the Mini Pandey Scholarship, which is limited to girls with a low economic background or disability. The third one is a Scholarship offered by the Management Board to students who are not only highly academically successful, creative, and leaders but also have exclusive mentorship and exposure to the industry.
