The Indian Institute of Management Rohtak course programme aims to train outstanding young students to become managers and leaders. Upon successful completion of the five-year academic programme, participants will receive the Integrated Programme in Management (BBA+MBA) degree from IIM Rohtak.

Students must have a minimum CGPA of 5.0 at the end of the third year to continue and complete the last two years of the IIM Rohtak course programme and earn a master's degree. If a student's CGPA is below 5.0 but not less than 4.0, they will receive a BBA degree and will leave the course.
