The Indian Institute of Management Rohtak course programme aims to train outstanding young students to become managers and leaders. Upon successful completion of the five-year academic programme, participants will receive the Integrated Programme in Management (BBA+MBA) degree from IIM Rohtak.
Students must have a minimum CGPA of 5.0 at the end of the third year to continue and complete the last two years of the IIM Rohtak course programme and earn a master's degree. If a student's CGPA is below 5.0 but not less than 4.0, they will receive a BBA degree and will leave the course. Also, if any student wants to leave the course after finishing all requirements by the end of the third year, they can choose to exit by informing the office on time and will be awarded a BBA degree.

IIM Rohtak courses offer an Integrated Programme in Management (IPM) that consists of 15 terms over 5 years, with each year divided into three three-month trimesters. The curriculum combines business administration and legal training, covering international, comparative, foreign, and domestic law.
The curriculum comprises four core areas: Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, and Humanities. Additional courses are offered, including Business Communication, Management Information Systems, Business, and Foreign Languages. The courses taught at the graduate level (4th and 5th year) are the same as those in the PGP programme. The Comprehensive Exam for the DPM course at IIM Rohtak is taken after completing coursework and tests the student's knowledge and research readiness in their specialisation. Passing this exam allows the student to move on to the research stage, where they focus on their dissertation. The exam ensures they are prepared for independent research and academic contributions in management.
Candidates with a Master's Degree or candidates with M.Phil. or candidates with Master's Degree with a thesis in the relevant discipline may directly appear for the

The students of the DPM will be given a stipend as mentioned below:
(a) Stipend of INR 45,000/- per month in the first and second years
(b) Stipend of INR 50,000 per month for the third and fourth years (after clearing the comprehensive examination)
In addition to this, a merit scholarship (subject to satisfactory performance) of INR 10,000 per month in the second year and INR 15,000 per month in the third and fourth years is given to the deserving participants.
Contingency Grant
All the participants will receive a contingency grant of INR 2,50,000 distributed across four years of the programme.
