The Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU) Hyderabad has started the registration for the TS PGECET 2026 counselling for phase 1 on 2nd July 2026. The last date to complete the registration for the TS PGECET 2026 counselling is 9th July 2026. Applicants who have qualified for the Telangana Post Graduate Engineering Common Entrance Test (TG PGECET - 2026) or have valid Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) scores must complete the registration for phase 1 counselling before the last date. 

Applicants who are seeking admission in the different postgraduate programmes, such as Master of Engineering (ME), Master of Technology (MTech), and Master of Architecture (MArch) offered by well-renowned engineering colleges across the state Telengana need to take part in phase 1 of TS PGECET 2026 counselling. The counselling process includes registration, fee payment, document verification, TS PGECET web option entry, and seat allotment. How to Complete the Registration for TS PGECET Counselling 2026? 

Applicants must complete the registration for appearing in counselling before 9th July 2026. In addition to this, candidates can follow the steps given below to complete the registration process to avoid any kind of last-minute mistake. 

Step 1: Access the official website of TS PGECET, which is https://pgecet.tgche.ac.in/. 

Step 2: Click on TG PGECET - 2026 Admissions on the homepage and select the course the applicant wants to pursue. 

Step 3: After that, access the option of “register”. Select the qualified entrance test and click on “new registration”. 

Step 4: Enter the required personal and academic information. 

Step 5: Pay the processing fee. 

Step 6: Upload the required documents and click on submit. 

Documents Required for Verification During the TS PGECET 2026 Counselling

As part of the TS PGECET 2026 Counselling, candidates must keep all the documents for verification. The documents required for verification at the time of counselling are as follows: 

• Hall ticket and scorecard of TS PGECET 2026

• Degree/Provisional mark sheets and certificates of the qualifying examination

• 10th and 12th standard certificates and mark sheets

• Aadhaar card

• Domicile/residential certificate

• Income certificate issued after January 1, 2026

• Category certificate (if applicable)
