Semey State Medical University (SSMU) admission will begin in September 2025, a part of a two-month admission cycle. The intake cycle takes place twice in a year, i.e., September 2025 & February 2025, and students receive their invitation letter within two weeks from the date they have applied for admission in SSMU. SSMU offers courses in various medical specialisations, such as Paediatrics, Dentistry, Pubic Health, Nursing, etc., under Bachelor’s, Master’s, and PhD programs. For the residency program at SSMU, applicants can apply from July 3 to July 25, 2025. For the MBBS program, students are required to have a minimum of 50% marks in 10+2 from a recognised board with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology, along with a valid NEET score, and students must be at least 17 years of age.
